Marcy Schwab has spent over 25 years in executive leadership, consulting, independent board director, and coaching roles. Having earned her MBA from The Wharton School and BS in Systems Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania, her passions include strategic advisory work, executive coaching, and helping leaders navigate critical business transformations.

Marcy enjoys working with senior executives and business owners during their most challenging moments, helping them transform uncertainty into strategic advantage. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting leaders as they prepare for scale, drive culture transformation, and make high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence. Marcy has worked across many industries including financial services, technology, healthcare, professional services, and education in both consulting and corporate roles. A particular strength has always been her ability to reframe complexity into clarity while helping leaders stay grounded in their purpose and values.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children and cheering on her hometown Baltimore Orioles.
