Before becoming a certified eTc development and transition coach, Julie’s professional experiences spanned the entire remit of human capital management in the fields of corporate-wide culture change & diversity, global talent management & engagement, mergers & acquisitions, and strategy development. Julie’s coaching approach is characterized by a laser focus on enabling executives to accelerate their personal development whilst simultaneously enhancing broad organizational impact.

 

Julie’s academic background includes a Business degree from Robert Gordons University in the UK and leadership programs at Columbia Business School, Thunderbird, and the University of North Carolina.
