Howard Allentoff has spent a career in HR leadership roles. Having earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and graduate degrees from Auburn University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, his passions include professional coaching, assessment and selection. Howard enjoys the diversity of professional interactions and working within them to make a measurable difference in both performance and job satisfaction. During his career, he has worked to help employees reach their professional potential via coaching, mentoring and high-potential employee development. Howard has worked across many industries and organizational types in both consulting and corporate roles. A strength has always been the ability to take both organizational and employee aspects into account to help facilitate improved and sustained performance. Outside of work, Howard enjoys family time and sports especially at the beach.
