Alison joined Capital One shortly after its IPO, and in her 27 year tenure, led Human Resources for the Credit Card division in the U.S., UK, and Canada. As the organization grew into a Fortune 100 company, she contributed to building the people practices that have earned Capital One national and international recognition among Fortune’s “Great Places to Work.” With an extensive background coaching senior executives through transformational change, Alison led Capital One’s Card division through multiple acquisitions, integrating executives and associates. 

 

Whether it’s counseling her team members or advising executive leaders, Alison loves helping others discover and realize their full potential. Best of all is when they incorporate these areas of growth to live fuller lives – at work and at home.
